Introduction to myData

Overview

Assetic myData is a specialist Corporate Asset Register. Its specific functionality is to enable Users to:

Record, store, edit and analyze corporate asset data including:
- Inventory
- Condition
- Valuation
- Functionality
- Contacts
- Relationship
- Key documents
- Images/Photos
- Video files
Provide an enabling tool to produce reports for the National Asset Management Framework (NAMF) that satisfy WAAMI (Western Australian Asset Management Improvement Program),
STEP (MAV Asset Management Program), NSW DLG Planning framework, TAMI (Tasmania Asset Management Improvement Program),
Queensland Asset Management Advancement Program or LGSA South Australian Asset Management Program;
Create a whole suite of custom reports;
Produce asset valuations in accordance with AASB 13, AASB 108, AASB 116 and AASB 136;
Import data from a suite of other applications; and
Store the history of asset treatments, capex and maintenance records.
